Transforming Wealth Management for Visionary Entrepreneurs and Business Owners
Leadership

David Bull +
Founder & CEO
ONE DAY, EVERYONE WILL HAVE A FAMILY OFFICE.
David Bull believes that a family office isn’t just for the ultra-wealthy—it’s for every entrepreneur who wants to take control of their financial future. He defines a family office simply as “the business of the family”—a structured approach to building, protecting, and passing down wealth across generations. His mission is to help business owners apply the same level of strategy and precision to their family’s wealth as they do to their companies.
ABOUT DAVID David Bull is the Founder and CEO of Ark Financial, a firm redefining the family office model to serve the complex needs of entrepreneurs and business owners. Since founding Ark in 2013, he has helped hundreds of families optimize tax structures, scale their businesses, and build generational wealth. To systematize this approach, he developed the Family Office Operating System (FOOS™) and proprietary tax software, enabling more sophisticated planning at scale.
Beyond Ark Financial, David launched Ark Academy, providing business owners with the same tools, strategies, and networks that have helped his clients succeed. David is also the co-founder of Switchboard, a platform that connects skilled professionals with high-impact opportunities in the global church and business community through algorithmic matching. Switchboard helps individuals deploy their expertise where it is needed most, creating a seamless way to serve, support, and strengthen organizations worldwide.
He lives in Austin, Texas, with his wife and four children, enjoys golf and disc golf, and travels the country for his kids’ American Ninja Warrior competitions. Each year, his family embarks on long RV trips across the country, exploring new places and making lasting memories together.
